Have an Airline Complaint? The Aviation Consumer Protection Division Wants to Hear From YOU

The Aviation Consumer Protection Division is a U.S. government website, set up specifically for airline complaints.

Altough it's good to rant on sites like this--thus keeping the consumer misbehavior of the airline industry shining in the light of day--filing an official complaint to a government agency might carry more weight in terms of how the government clamps down on the airline industry.
